Return Policy

At ReSee, we strive to provide an exceptional customer experience. That’s why we accept returns on most clothing and shoe items. All bags, accessories, and select garments with particular rarity or provenance are Final Sale.

Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the European Union and the United States. Sales in all other territories are considered Final Sale.

 

Approximate Return Fees

United States: €40 flat return shipping fee + 15% of the item price (to cover duties and transaction fees)

European Union: €30 flat return shipping fee + 5% of the item price

France: €20 + 5% transaction fee

Returns from Switzerland are not accepted.

Due to Brexit, returns from the United Kingdom will no longer be accepted starting December 2024.

French clients may return items via their own preferred carrier, as long as the parcel arrives at our Paris (75116) headquarters within 48 hours. You may also drop off items in person by emailing [email protected] to schedule an appointment.

 

How to Return an Item with DHL

Our concierge team processes return requests within 24 hours, Monday–Friday (10am–6pm CET).

Step 1 – Email [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Step 2 – We will review your request and send you a payment link for the return shipping + applicable fees. Payment must be completed within 24 hours.

Step 3 – Once paid, you’ll receive a pre-paid DHL shipping label and a scheduled DHL pick-up time. Please ensure the package is ready for pickup (usually within 2 business days after receiving the label).

Step 4 – You’ll receive a confirmation email once the package is received by ReSee.

Step 5 – Upon arrival at our Paris HQ, all items will be carefully inspected for condition and consistency with the original listing.

Step 6 – If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

⚠️ Returned items must be in their original condition with the ReSee hanger tag intact.

Returns must respect all stated timeframes. Late returns will be re-listed for sale instead of refunded.

 

Returning a Final Sale Item

ReSee is happy to re-sell any Final Sale item you no longer wish to keep. Please note that fees apply.

How to Re-Sell an Item:

Step 1 – Email [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. Include the order number and reason for the re-sale.

Step 2 – We’ll send you a payment link for a pre-paid DHL return label. Once paid, you’ll receive the label and a scheduled pick-up time.

Step 3 – After receipt and inspection, the item will be re-listed under your account. You’ll receive 100% of the sale minus shipping, transaction, and customs/duties once it’s sold.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
