ReSee ships all orders via DHL Express to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by DHL and added to your cart total at checkout. Fees depend on your delivery zone and the number of items purchased.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email from DHL with all shipping details.

We ship worldwide, and all shipments are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) - meaning no additional customs duties or taxes are due upon delivery.

Standard Shipping

ReSee works exclusively with DHL, a trusted international carrier.

For items valued over €4,000, we strongly recommend adding DHL’s additional insurance service. Additional fees may apply.

Please note: ReSee cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels during transit if no insurance has been selected.

Shipping Restrictions

Russia: Due to strict import regulations, we currently do not ship to Russia.

Brazil: Due to severe customs restrictions, we are unable to ship to Brazil at this time.
