Maison Margiela
The renowned Belgian designer Martin Margiela captured the ‘90s with mystique, and a unique sense of anonymity in his collections. His namesake label left a lot to the imagination, which was apparent in early affinities for upcycling and odd deconstructed techniques. The avant-garde remains today, with the notorious John Galliano at the helm of the maison.
