Return Policy
In our efforts to continually improve our customer service, we accept returns on most clothing and shoe items. All bags, accessories and certain clothing items with particular rarity / provenance are Final Sale.
Returns are only accepted for items sold within the European Union and United States. Sales in other territories are Final.
Due to French shipping and customs restrictions on returns, we will send pre-paid DHL shipping vouchers for items where returns are accepted.
A payment link for shipping and processing fees will be sent to you in order to generate your pre-paid shipping voucher.
APPROXIMATE FEES
United States:
Flat return shipping fee of 40€ + 15% of item price being returned (which accounts for duties and transaction fees)
European Union:
Flat return shipping fee of 30€ + 5% of item price being returned (which accounts for transaction fees)
France:
20€ + 5% transaction fee
Returns from Switzerland are not accepted. Due to Brexit, returns from the United Kingdom will no longer be accepted. Effective December 2024.
French clientele are welcome to return items via an alternate preferred shipping method, as long as the parcel arrives at our Paris (75116) headquarters within two days. Or, simply return your pieces directly to us in-person by emailing [email protected] to schedule a drop-off appointment.
Returns with DHL
Our concierge team will process your return request within 24hrs, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm CET.
Step 1- Email [email protected] within 5 days after the delivery of your ReSee order. Please indicate your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Step 2- Our team will review your request, and send you a payment link for the duties and fees noted above. We kindly ask that you complete the payment within 24 hours.
Step 3- Once paid, our representative will send you a pre-paid DHL shipping label and scheduled pick-up time with DHL for your package. Please adhere to the scheduled pick-up time, normally 2 business days from the email reception of your shipping label.
Step 4- You will receive a confirmation email once ReSee has received your package.
Step 5- Once your parcel arrives at ReSee's Paris headquarters, the items will pass through a careful examination of condition, making sure the item matches with its original listing.
Step 6- If the item matches its original condition, you will be issued a refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days.
Items eligible for return must be returned in their original condition, with the ReSee hanger tag still intact. Return timeframes must be respected in order for us to accept the return. Failure to respect the aforementioned deadlines will result in a Re-sell of the piece versus a refund.
What happens if I want to return a piece that is Final Sale?
ReSee will gladly re-sell any Final Sale item that you do not wish to keep. Please note that fees are applicable.
How to Re-Sell an item:
Step 1- Email [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. Please state the order number in the subject and the reason for re-sell.
Step 2- We will send you a payment link for a DHL pre-paid shipping label for the item’s return. Once paid, our representative will send you a pre-paid DHL shipping label and scheduled pick-up time with DHL for your package. Please adhere to the scheduled pick-up time, normally 2 business days from the email reception of your shipping label.
Step 3- Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will re-list the piece under your account and you will receive 100% of sale minus shipping, transaction and customs/duties once re-sold.
Cancelling an Order
Cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours after placing your order. Please note the 5% transaction fee is not refundable.
